Placeholder — do not ship. These terms must be reviewed by counsel before the site goes live, and they need to be rewritten for a two-sided marketplace with self-service pricing. The existing CI4 terms in www/app/Views/marketing/legal/terms.php were written for a single-operator distribution service and do not cover buyer-set pricing, marketplace liability, or self-service signup.

Note also that any buyer or seller agreement referencing /legal/terms depends on this URL continuing to resolve — check before altering the path.
